Report Covid-19 protocols violations, Dubai Police urges the public

The Dubai Police General Command has encouraged all community members to report any Covid-19 precautionary measures violations using Dubai Police’s Call Centre (901) or via the ‘Police Eye’ service. It also urged people to continue following all precautionary protocols against coronavirus. 

 

Dubai Police has noted that its 901 Call Centre and the ‘Police Eye’ service can receive all Ministry of Health and Prevention underlined protocols violations reports.

 

“Everyone is responsible and is a partner in supporting the country’s efforts in strengthening precautionary measures through their commitment to the guidelines outlined by authorities,” Dubai Police said.


The 901 Call Centre, is operational 24x7 and is available to answer all public enquiries. It is aimed to divert all non-urgent calls from the emergency number and attending non-emergency services over the phone, smart application and live chat.

 

The ‘Police Eye’ service is a smart programme which is available at Dubai Police App. It permits all community members to confidentially report suspicious activities.

 

The service has objective to maintain security in community and reduce crime incidents by encouraging people to report any illegal or suspicious activities and also violations. Dubai Police shares that the application also allows people to attach videos, photos or voice messages and pin the incident while registering the report.
