Amid the easing of COVID-19 restrictions across the UAE in view of reducing infections, health authorities have urged people to continue compliance with certain safety precautions such as wearing face masks and regular hand washing and sanitising along with taking the vaccination to curb the spread of the virus.

Meanwhile, the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA), MOHAP and other local health authorities in the UAE have called on all eligible community members to take the COVID-19 vaccine and booster doses to build the overall community’s immunity against the virus. UAE authorities further underlined the community's role in contributing to the ongoing national efforts against the pandemic crisis and curbing the transmission of COVID-19 in the country.
