Ajman schools to provide in-person classes with 50% capacity

All students and staff have been asked to follow COVID-19 safety measures during in-person classes

Ajman Police on Sunday allowed schools across the emirate to resume in-person classes at a maximum capacity of 50 percent. The police have noted that the 50 percent cap applies to students as well as school administration and teaching staff.

Ajman authorities have also called on all students and staff to strictly comply with safety protocols implemented to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

This development has come weeks after the UAE’s Ministry of Education had announced that Ajman schools would be providing 100 percent online classes in line with the COVID-19 pandemic-related safety protocols.
