Abu Dhabi Updates Entry Procedures For Visitors Within Uae

The Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Committee for the COVID-19 Pandemic has announced the cancellation of PCR testing requirements for entry into the emirate with effect from September 19. The decision has been taken as part of the updated entry procedures for Abu Dhabi for visitors within UAE.

In addition, the Committee announced that the emirate has recorded a decrease in the COVID-19 infection rate of 0.2 percent of total tests. Furthermore, the green pass system has been activated for entry to some public places in Abu Dhabi.

The committee has assured continuous monitoring of large events and public places to protect the health and wellbeing of all community members. In conclusion, the committee has called on all citizens, residents and visitors to continue their compliance with precautionary measures to safeguard public health, maintain positive achievements and ensure sustainable recovery across key sector.
