The Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Committee has reviewed the reasons behind technical issues faced by some Al Hosn app users, as a result of a rise in new subscriptions. The committee has been working with Al Hosn's team to restore all the app services for its users as soon as possible.

In this regard, the committee has announced that the use of green pass on the Al Hosn app has been temporarily suspended for entry in the emirate. The decision was taken to ensure public convenience till the app services were restored. The committee added that the green pass will be restored after the app is updated and all services are fully available to all users.

With regard to the use of Al Hosn to enter the emirate, the committee has approved the use of text messages for visitors to show their negative PCR test results according to the current safety measures. This new measure applies to those who are facing technical issues with Al Hosn in order to enter the emirate. It comes into effect from June 18 and will continue until the app is updated.

Meanwhile, the committee has urged all community members to comply with preventive and precautionary measures to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The committee has stressed that the safety of the public is its top priority. The committee further praised all community members for their constant support and cooperation with all concerned authorities in the ongoing national efforts against the pandemic.
