"Dawa'ee" drug delivery service now covers the entire UAE. This was stated by the Dubai Department of Health.

This service is aimed at delivering medicines to nursing homes and people who have an existing ENAYA or SAADA health insurance program. Such a step will help ensure the safety and health of those at risk for coronavirus infection and who must remain at home.

DHA launched this service back in December last year, making it the first service to provide a comprehensive home delivery service. A specialized pharmacist visits people's homes to advise and advise on the medication. This service helps to protect people from incorrect self-medication.

The expansion of service throughout the UAE was made possible thanks to the support of Talabat, who offered to deliver their medicines free of charge as part of supporting DHA preventive measures against Covid-19.

Dr. Ali Al-Sayed, director of DHA's pharmaceutical services department, said the Davai service will deliver drugs around the clock to older people, people at risk, and people who need ongoing medical support.

DHA is committed to continuing to develop its services, and authorities are sparing no effort to ensure the well-being of patients, especially at this critical time.
